Dining in the Mine
This truly unique evening will see you head down the mine shaft for canapés and a gold-smelting demonstration, before resurfacing and making for the historic Charlie Napier Hotel for main courses and dessert set among some of Sovereign Hill's most treasured museum pieces.
This event is part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival's Ballarat Unlocked, from the 10-18 November.
